Location: Remote & Onsite (Lagos, Port Harcourt & Abuja).

Overview:
AlphaOne Healthare Consulting [AHS] aka Onan Healthcare Consulting is a dynamic and rapidly growing startup seeking a highly motivated Liaison Manager to join our team.
This role offers a commission-based benefit structure, meaning there is no salary cap, and your earnings will directly reflect your performance in managing global business partnerships and optimizing revenue streams for the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Partner Management:

·       Serve as the primary contact for global business partners, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.

·       Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities with partners to drive revenue and mutual success.

·       Coordinate regular meetings and communications to align strategies and address partner needs.

 

Revenue Stream Optimization:

·       Analyze existing revenue streams, identifying areas for improvement and expansion.

·       Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue generation across different channels and markets.

·       Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to drive revenue growth and profitability.

 

Cross-functional Collaboration:

·       Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and finance to align partnership activities with overall business goals.

·       Facilitate seamless integration and communication between departments to optimize partnership outcomes.

·       Act as a liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective execution of initiatives.

 

Contract Negotiation and Management:

·       Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements with business partners, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for OHC.

·       Manage contract renewals, amendments, and compliance in coordination with legal and regulatory requirements.

·       Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts and partnerships.



Qualifications:
·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

·       Proven track record in partnership management, business development, or revenue analysis roles.

·       Strong understanding of global business dynamics, market trends, and competitive landscapes.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·       Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and drive strategic decisions.

·       Experience working in a startup environment or fast-paced organization is a plus.

·       Results-driven and self-motivated with a passion for driving revenue growth.
